What is your delivery area ?
Our delivery area includes the whole China mainland. We have own or member florists in every city and some counties of China mainland. If you want to deliver flowers and gifts to a town ,even a village our nearest city flower stores will do it for you.

How about the delivery fees ?
The price you choose online is the total price you will pay in US funds. If the recipient is in the city this price includes all charges of delivery,service and taxes. If the recipient is in the suburb ,county,town or villege US$5~25 will be required.

What is the difference between regular and deluxe ?
Photos on our web site are designed to best reflect the value and integrity of the regular priced items. Choosing deluxe one allows us the flexibility to design using more flowers and matching flowers , use more flowers of a higher grade, and to use a higher grade package and container, where applicable.

Will the delivered arrangement look exactly the same as the picture online?
Occasionally it is necessary to substitute flowers due to variations in supply across the country. We strive to retain the value and the integrity of the item you have chosen, paying particular attention to colour scheme.
When you order one dozen roses you will always receive one dozen roses. When we describe an item with roses, this item will arrive with roses. Roses, in particular, are not substituted as they are deemed critical to the value and integrity of the item ordered.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, we do, and we offer 365 days service. We can deliver on any day.

How will I know if the flowers have been delivered?
As a member you can login in your account and check your order status any time. If you do not register as a member we will send you a confirm email when gifts delivered.
